Federal Poly Nekede School Fees Payment (ND/HND) for 2019/2020 Academic Session

The Federal Polytechnic Nekede Acceptance Fee Payment for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) admitted candidates for the 2019/2020 academic session has commenced. Nekede Poly Acceptance fee is N20,500.00 only.

Federal Poly Nekede School Fee & Payment Procedure

For further details on how to make payment, log unto the college’s portal @ http://ndapplication.fpno.edu.ng/Applicant/Admission/CheckStatus.

Proceed with your documents to the Director where you will be issued with Registration materials and authorization paper to pay your tuition fees.

Registration must be completed within one month of acceptance of offer of the admission. The admission lapses upon non compliance with this time duration

Please, note that if any disparity is subsequently discovered on relevant educational qualification which you claimed, you will be required to withdraw from the Institution.

The confirmation of this offer is subject to your tendering of the evidence of minimum entry qualification for the course offered.


First Screening/Opening Of File:

After the payment of your acceptance fee, (N20,500.00 only) the next step is to Locate your Faculty/Department and go with the following documents for your first screening/Opening of file.

  • Acceptance fee receipt
  • Admission Letter
  • Application Form
  • Confirmation of O’Level result,
  • O’Level Results.

Importance of The First Screening (Opening of File)

Before you will be considered a bonafide student of the Nekede Poly, such student is expected to have undergo the first screening to ascertain his/her status of admission status, and be sure the course applied for is the same on the record. Those who did their ND programme in the school already know the importance of opening a school file.

Second Screening (Closing Of File)

After your Opening of File (first screening) and confirmation of your admission status and course offered, you will be given the school file and a paper called “Authorization to pay school fees” The paper is the only thing that qualifies you to pay your tuition/school fees.

After payment of school fee and medicals, you will return to the screening office with the following Documents for your final screening (closing of file).

  • School fees Receipt
  • Acceptance Fee Receipt
  • Local Government Identification Letter
  • Birth Certificate
  • Medical Report
  • Application form
  • O’ Level Result (Original And Photocopies)
  • SUG/ Departmental Receipt
  • Three (3) Passport Photographs
  • Admission Letter
  • Confirmation Of O’ level Result
  • The School File
  • Secondary School Certificate

NB.

Admitted students with Awaiting Result are to go with their Statement of O’Level Result and Secondary School Certificate. After Your second Screening, you will be given Reg Number (or Matric Number) which authenticate your admission and make you a bonafide student of the Polytechnic.

Registration must be completed within one month of acceptance of offer of the admission. Also, if any disparity is subsequently discovered on relevant educational qualification which you claimed, you will be required to withdraw from the Institution.

Closing Date

Admitted candidates are hereby informed that the closing date for the payment of their acceptance fee is Monday, 24th September, 2018. Failure to comply, such student(s) will have their Admission withdrawn by the School Management.
