OAUTHC School of Nursing Admission Requirements
I. OAUTHC BASIC GENERAL NURSING
This is a three-year programme commencing in October 2020
Requirements
- Applicants must possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old on admission.
Method of Application
- Application forms are obtainable from the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife at a cost of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000.00) only.
II. OAUTHC POST BASIC GENERAL NURSING
This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in March, 2021
Requirements
- Applicants must:
- Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Be a registered Midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Have at least one year post registration working experience.

III. OAUTHC POST BASIC MIDWIFERY
This is an eighteen-month programme commencing in September, 2020
Requirements
- Applicants must:
- Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.

IV. OAUTHC POST BASIC PERIOPERATIVE NURSING
This is a twelve-month programme commencing in November, 2020
Requirements
- Applicants must:
- Possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
- Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.
How to Apply for OAUTHC School of Nursing Admission Form
Basic General Nursing:
Application forms are obtainable online from the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Ile-Ife website www.oauthc.com at Eight Thousand Naira (N8000.00) only through remita platform via OAUTHC Website.
Passport Photograph: Two recent identical passport photographs should be attached to the application form.
Mode of Examination: The examination will be a Computer Based Test.
Closing Date: 16th October 2020.
Date of Entrance Examination: Entrance examination shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee on Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st Oct. 2020.
Selection Interview: Between Monday 2nd & Friday 6th Nov. 2020
