This scholarship is awarded by the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and two recipients are selected each year to attend an accredited four-year university anywhere in the country.

This scholarship is worth $1,000 to $1,500 per year and is one of the few scholarships available exclusively for left-handed students. Another such scholarship is the Frederick and Mary F. Beckley Scholarship at Juniata College in Pennsylvania.

To be eligible for the Juniata left-handed scholarship, applicants must have completed at least their first year at Juniata with outstanding academic achievement, achieving a GPA of 3.3 or higher and holding a management position on campus.


8. ESA Foundation Scholarship Program

The ESA (Entertainment Software Association) scholarship is open to both right-handed and left-handed full-time students pursuing an accredited curriculum leading to a career in computer arts or video games.
