Our admissions process is split into two distinct sections: our Application Process and our Admissions Process.
Application Process
The following steps must be completed before you can be accepted as a students at Boston Baptist College.
STEP ONE
Complete an Application for Admissions
Boston Baptist College offers a Rolling Admissions process to all qualified persons. This application requires an Application Fee of $50.00 and must be completed fully and accurately.

Submit a completed Pastor’s Recommendation
As part of the admissions process, Boston Baptist College requires a completed Pastor’s Recommendation for every applicant. This form requires your recommending pastor to tell us about your personality, your relationship with your local church, and your record of service in your local church. You will designate your recommending pastor on your application and our Admissions Office will send out the confidential pastoral recommendation.

Submit your Official High School Transcript(s)
Boston Baptist College requires all applicants for our Bachelors in Biblical Studies (B.B.S.), Associate Degree programs, and Auxiliary-Enrichment programs to have completed the entirety of their required high school curriculum and to have received their High School Diploma or a program/certificate of equal standing verified by Boston Baptist College.
If you have not graduated from high school yet, current high school transcripts must still be sent, directly from your high school and any college you have attended, for the application process to progress. Upon graduation you will be required to have your final official transcripts sent to our Admissions Department. Contact your high school and have them send your official transcripts directly to the Admissions & Recruitment Office at Boston Baptist College (950 Metropolitan Avenue, Hyde Park, MA 02136).

Send your Standardized Testing Scores
If you have taken the SAT or ACT, please request them from the College Board and have them sent to our Admissions office.

Interview with Admissions & Recruitment Office
As part of our admissions process and to know more about you on a personal level, we require all applicants to interview with our Admission and Recruitment Director.

Financial Aid Process
Boston Baptist College aims to help every student afford their degree through extensive scholarships and student-specific financial aid.

Our Admissions Process
Once you have completed the Application Process and have been accepted into our institution, our Admissions & Recruitment Office will guide you through the Admissions Process.
Admissions Process Checklist
Student Medical Examination
This form is required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must include a recent physical examination with the verifying signature of a recognized physician. All Vaccines are required and mandatory by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Updated Immunization History
Updated Immunization History is required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must include a recent physical examination with the verifying signature of a recognized physician. All Vaccines are required and mandatory by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The following vaccines (with appropriate doses) and up-to-date immunization records are required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: TB Questionnaire or Testing, Influenza Vaccine, Meningococcal Vaccine, Tdap, MMR, and Hep B Series.
Final High School Transcripts
Boston Baptist College requires all applicants for our bachelor’s in biblical studies (B.B.S.), Associate Degree programs, and Auxiliary-Enrichment programs to have completed the entirety of their required high school curriculum and to have received their High School Diploma or a program/certificate of equal standing verified by Boston Baptist College.
Upon graduation, you will be required to have your final official transcripts sent with your final semester(s) grades and graduation date. Contact your high school to request your final official transcripts with your graduation date to the Admissions & Recruitment Office at Boston Baptist College (950 Metropolitan Avenue, Hyde Park, MA 02136).

Listed below is the cost breakdown of attendance at Boston Baptist College. Please be advised that costs may change. Please Note: The fees listed represent estimated costs. All fees are subject to change. 3% Credit Card user fee per transaction.

Part-Time (1-11 credit hours) — $475.00/credit hour
Audit (No credit) — $265/course
Honor Studies — $100/course

Rawlings Hall (Men’s Dormitory)
Quad Room (4 men) — $1,875.00/semester
Triple Room (3 men) — $2,000.00/semester
Double Room (2 men) — $2,150.00/semester
Single Room (1 man) — $3,000.00/semester
Boyle Hall (Women’s Dormitory)
Triple Room (3 women) — $2,000.00/semester
Double Room (2 women) — $2,150.00/semester
Single Room (1 woman) — $3,000.00/semester
Dormitory Security Deposit — $200.00/year [partial refund]
Confirmation Deposit — $500.00/year [non-refundable]

Full Board (17 meals/week) — $1,350/semester
Half-Board (11 meals/week) — $ 750.00/semester
Overnight Guests (including meals) — $40.00/night

Full-Time Student — $500.00/credit hour
Part-Time, On-Campus Student — $500.00/semester
Part-Time, Off-Campus Student — $50.00/semester

Student Practicum Fee (Education minors only) — $100.00/year
Change of Schedule Fee — $25.00/change
Change of Program Fee — $225.00/change

DOWN PAYMENT POLICY
All Full-Time, On-Campus students should be prepared to make a minimum semester down payment of $2,000.00 at Registration. The down-payment for Part-Time & Off-Campus students will be prorated based on their number of academic hours and/or living arrangement.
BAPTIST LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP
Full-Time students joining a local partner church are typically eligible for the Baptist Leaders Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 (per semester) to be applied toward tuition. Part-Time students joining a local partner church are typically eligible for the Baptist Leaders Scholarship in the amount of $83 per credit hour to be applied toward tuition.

Thanks to our partner churches and generous supporters, we are able to provide students with affordable education along with flexible payment options and scholarships to help offset the cost of attendance. We offer merit-based scholarships based off academic performance, recommendations, and even church service.
