The Merit Admission List is a testament to the academic excellence and qualifications of those selected to join the prestigious University of Lagos.
This is to announce to the general public that the prestigious University of Lagos (Also known as UNILAG) has just release her 2024/2025 merit admission list. This notice was officially made by the management of the institution via the school’s official website.
In light of the above, candidates who purchased and participated in UNILAG post screening are strongly advised to follow the instructions given below to check their names in the just released UNILAG merit admission list.
Is UNILAG merit admission list for 2024/2025 out?
No, UNILAG has not yet release her 2024/2025 merit list of students offered admission for the year. Based on past precedence, UNILAG merit admission list will be released within 2-3 weeks after post UTME examination has been concluded. So for now, UNILAG merit list is not yet out!

How to Check UNILAG 2024/2025 merit list
Basically, there are two ways to check the just released UNILAG 2024/2025 merit list. The first method is to check the list through JAMB CAPS. Alternatively, you can check your name through the University’s admission checking portal.
Currently, UNILAG has not opened their admission checking portal so, you can only check through JAMB CAPS.
Kindly follow the steps below to check UNILAG merit list through JAMB portal:
Step 1: Using a smart phone or PC visit JAMB portal using the link below: jamb.org.ng/efacility.
Step 2: Login to your Jamb profile with your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Step 3: Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.

Step 4: Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
Step 5: Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your UNILAG admission status.
If you successfully followed all the steps above, you will be able to tell whether you have been offered admission into UNILAG or not.
Will UNILAG release another admission list after merit list?
Of course, UNILAG will definitely release another admission list after this merit admission list. The list that will follow after UNILAG merit list is called “supplementary admission list”.
