10. TEACH Grant Education Scholarships
The Teacher Education help for College and Higher Education Grant is a federal grant program aimed at helping students work towards teaching and education degrees.
The grant awards students up to $4,000 per year on the condition they agree to work in a high-need field or at an elementary school, secondary school.

The Underwood-Smith Teacher Scholarship Program, administered by the College Foundation of West Virginia, is a student financial aid.

In memory of an accomplished audiologist killed at age 36 during an attempted hijacking of an airplane in Karachi, Pakistan.

Ranging from $7,650 to $25,500, the Kosciuszko Foundation’s Fellowships for Advanced Study are available for Polish citizens who wish to study at an accredited higher learning in the United States for a Ph.D. or post-doctoral program.

18. Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program
The French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs started the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program to attract overseas talent to Masters courses at French universities.
Though the scholarship itself does not cover tuition fees in France, award recipients receive a monthly allowance of 1,200 euros.

The Richard A. Freund International Scholarship is a one-time award for graduate study of the theory and application of quality control.
