About Uniben
The University of Benin was founded in 1970. The National Universities Commission (NUC) has accredited faculties and departments in the university. It is a research university located in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. It is among the universities owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria
UNIBEN Admission Requirements for All Courses
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 credit passes in relevant subjects which must include English Language and mathematics at GCE O’Level, WASCE, SSCE, NECO or approved equivalents at not more than 2 sittings.
- The candidate must make at least 200 pass marks in JAMB to qualify for internal screening by the University of Benin.
